3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to drawings, calculations, and reports, remain the property of SESG unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

SESG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the provision of services. SESG’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.
